After moving home a couple of times, my 6 year old Response Alarm hasn't been used for 3 years (and still looks like new!). Ordered new rechargeable battery on Wednesday morning and received it Friday morning. Very impressed with service. All ready to re-install on new house..

afer small hickup with original solar siren box being faulty sent back and received new one very quickly installed alarm. also thanks to your tech guys with talking through on the phone where i was going wrong trying to get siren to reconize door/windows magnets down to me being thick well done all

i have just upgraded from the sl3 to the sl5 and needed a new siren so phoned customer service at 4 in the afternoon and had it delivered by 10 the next day .fantastic service to go with there fantastic alarms.

Since 2006 I have bought 4 wired systems from Response (one for myself and 3 I've fitted for friends). Although each system has worked brilliantly, I have at times had to ask for technical support. The Response Team are truly first class; helpful and very knowledgeable. As others have said: why can't all companies be this good?

I moved into a house that had a Response alarm already installed, when I called the help-desk I was fully expecting to be told that I would have to buy a new alarm, however I was given instructions on how to get the existing alarm working again.
