As a result of a change to my front door I lost my wired front door bell. I purchased a wireless bell from a major store but found that the highest volume was too low and as a result missed a number of callers. After research on website I luckily found your company and purchased a bell which fills my needs perfectly and I can even hear the bell in the rear garden. I made the purchase on Hogmanay and found it fantastic service that it was delivered on 3rd January.

Ordered an alarm system & solar lights, information regarding order process and despatch was faultless, arrived exactly when I was told it would.
One small problem with one of the lights and this was dealt with by Robin absolutely fantastically. Within an hour a replacement was on its way.

These alarm systems are fantastic, fitted one in a couple of hours, beware you do need to follow instructions carefully, however the telephone advice line is fantastic, no matter how small the problem, highly recommend.

Very Good after sales service

I purchased the Honeywell Accenta 8 zone alarm system over the phone from Response Electronics and it arrived the next day, good speedy service. I later purchased a panic button using the internet and again great service. When I was programming the control box I had a small issue that Response tech support helped with me over the phone and this I felt this was good after sales service. The product appears to be good and I would recommend Response Electronics as a supplier.
