This information can be changed by you at anytime via the MyGARD website, by phone or by fax.
If one of your contacts requests, or if they are not available, G4S Security Services (UK) will dispatch a patrol and response officer to attend and if necessary contact the police and secure your premises.

- The monitoring station automatically calls your property to check that it is not a false alarm before acting on your alert instructions
- If there is a break in you can request a G4S Security Services (UK) officer to attend and secure your property inform the Police.
- It is quick and easy to change your monitoring instructions at any time via our web site (24/7 – 365) or by phone, fax, e-mail or post.
