"A brief note of thanks for helping me out of a 'hole'. I own a 15 years plus, old A1 Security & Electrical RF8000 wireless system, the bell box of which gave up the ghost recently. This left me wondering where I was going to get a replacement for an old but otherwise very good system, from a now defunct company. A quick call to you revealed that your Honeywell HWAG6S is a perfect replacement for this bell box and indeed it is ! I spoke to Mark, whom I discovered was an original A1 engineer and knew the RF8000 very well indeed. While the wiring doesn't look to map at first glance, closer inspection shows that it does ... so a little advice from you, with a touch of common sense thrown in, made it a simple replacement. What I have now is actually better than the original. With support and service of this calibre, may I wish you continued success ... although I would expect this should come naturally!"

I selected the alarm I think I wanted but had some questions. I e-mailed you and had a response within a day answering each point.
