Security

In most cases, your details are sent using secure server software. This means that the information sent is coded in such a way that, in the extremely unlikely event that someone is somehow able to obtain this information, only we can decode the information to obtain your details.

You can tell that the pages are secure because the address in the Address bar changes from being http:// to https://. You will also see a padlock symbol or key in the bottom bar of your browser.

If your credit or debit card is used fraudulently most banks and card issuers will not hold you responsible for any of the charges, or may only hold you liable for up to £50.00.

Our Guarantee In the extremely unlikely event that your credit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of ordering from us, then if your bank or credit card company holds you responsible (which it may not do), we will cover your liability up to £50.00, provided that the unauthorized use is through no fault of your own.

NOTE: This offer only applies to orders placed through our secure server, and there is a maximum liability of £50.00. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Still Not Sure?

If you do not wish to place on order over the internet, then there is an alternative way to place your order. Proceed with your order as normal, but select either order by email or over the telephone and we will call you.
