Question: Frequency?

Answer: All Lightwave products work off an RF system, the WiFi hub is only needed if the user wants to be able to control the LW devices via their phone or tablet.

If you have the HUB and want to use the switches in an area where there is no WiFi present it will work with a remote, but not over WiFi.
