Question: How do you pair an additional chime?
Answer: To enter learn mode press and hold button B (bottom button) for 5 seconds, until the indicator light blinks. Push the bell push twice, the chime will sound and an indicator light will flash to confirm that the bell push has been paired. It will now exit learn mode. Please note there is no limit to the number of chimes that can be added.
Question: How do you add a bell push?
Answer: To enter learn mode press and hold button B (bottom button) for 5 seconds, until the indicator light blinks. Push the bell push twice, the chime will sound and an indicator light will flash to confirm that the bell push has been paired. It will now exit learn mode. Please note there is a maximum number of 3 bell pushes per chime unit.
Question: Are there differences in the models?
Answer: The older model has a blue border around the bell push button and a larger chime with a circle on the front. The latest design has a plain white bell push and a plain white chime and is smaller than previous models to be more discreet in your home (lates model MCE1).

Question: What is the difference between the Series 3, 5 and 9 Door Bells?
Answer: The Series 3 is the simple option with an LED Strobe and a volume of up to 84dB while the Series 5 boasts a compact size, making it great for moving around with you and includes a halo light as well as the LED strobe. The Series 9 includes all of these features but is the loudest model in the range at 90dB, it also has 8 melodies instead of the standard 6. The Series 9 is the recommended option for anyone who is deaf or hard of hearing.
Question: Adding bell pushes and chimes?
Answer: You can add as many additional chimes as you require to a bell push, They allow up to 6 wireless push buttons to be connected depending on the model.

Series 5 (DC515xx) 4 wireless push buttons

Question: How to pair a bell push (DCP311)?
Answer: Press and hold the settings button on the doorbell until an amber light flashes (either from the small LED indicator on the side of the doorbell, or from the Halo Light - depending on product type). Press the push button on the doorbell. The Doorbell will play a melody. Your push button is now paired.
