ERA Home Security Ltd / Response @ ERA has amounted for the discontinuation and the manufacture and sale of the ERA DoorCam Wireless Video Doorbell with Plug-In Chime (ERA-DOORCAM-W, ERA-DOORCAM-B) and ERA DoorCam Wireless Video Doorbell with 12v Power Supply and Plug-In Chime(ERA-DOORCAM-W-PS, ERA-DOORCAM-B-PS) effective March 2020. In order to provide best in class customer support, ERA will continue to provide support for 2 years on our Models ERA-DOORCAM-W, ERA-DOORCAM-B, ERA-DOORCAM-W-PS, ERA-DOORCAM-B-PS.
