Video, Audio or Both for my front door Intercom System?

I went over to the guys at Response Electronics to look at their range of door intercom systems and saw that there was a wide range of choice there for me. If you want to install a straightforward doorbell, of course you can, but why wouldn’t you want to take advantage of new technology and help you feel more secure in your home at all times?

Two-way audio is always a great shout, as it allows you to have a proper conversation with the person at your front door, although I also like to be able to see the person, which is where the video intercom systems come into play.

I ended up choosing a system that allows me to communicate with whoever is at my front door, whilst also having access to live HD video so I can see them, but they can’t see me.
