"Just a short line to thank the team in helping to providing my customer with technical assistance and to acknowledge just how efficiently your engineer resolved the issue over the telephone. They are positioned to offer advice and guidance and have in-depth knowledge of all ERA’s home security products. No time scale is attached, Phil gave us his undivided attention and assured us that until our issue is resolved, which he quickly and easily sorted, he had no other business to attend to. My customer was suitably impressed, as was I".
